Goa is a smallest state of the India country. It is spread in 3,702 kilometers square area land. These temples are dedicated to several gods and goddess.

Shree Manguesh Shantadurgai Prasanna Temple: This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located at Ponda Taluka which just 22 kilometers far from panaji capital of the Goa. It is a most famous temple which to see come thousands people come every year. This temple was destroyed by Portuguese in 1560 but it again constructed by The Peshwas in 1739 at village of the Mangeshi.

Mahadev Temple, Tambdi Surla: This temple was constructed in 12the century by Hemadri which was the minister of the King Ramachandra. It is located in wildlife sanctury Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park, south Goa district. Its nearest village name is Tambdi Surla. This temple is also dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is an oldest temple of the Goa state. Temple is just 65 kilometers far from Panaji city.

Shanta Durga Temple: This temple is dedicated to goddess Durga. It is located in Ponda Taluka near of the Kavalem village. It is just 33 kilometers far from Panaji city. Original temple was destroyed by Portuguese in 1564. New and modern temple was constructed in 1738 by Chatrapati Shahu Raje.
